Belk as a company is struggling trying to keep counter managers and beauty associates as some stores are seeing entire beauty teams quit together. The number of job openings company wide for beauty associates and managers is staggering.

Can’t blame them for not leaving!! Can’t set goals for them to make gift and other events while having to leave their counters to ring up in other departments, putting the endless go backs from the fitting rooms away and ship to home.
Quit before the fire you. Lots of full time positions are being quit.
They can go somewhere else and work a set schedule, better pay and not have to worry about doing tasks not related to their job. You can’t blame them.
