I got word our group will all get canned in February 2021. Anyone know any ideas how to avoid this?

I am trying to roll my money over, I just resign end of November. There has been 0 communications on how we access it for those of us not working within the walls of Wells. Any ideas?

It's been stated here that the company takes screenshots of employees computers to see what they're up to. Make sure you cover your camera with a stick it note so if they monitor you they won't catch you half dressed.

If someone receives a promotion that comes with bonus eligibility during year end compensation time, would they have to wait until next year to receive any bonus? Or will they get one this year? Thanks!

Does anyone know when your manager will disclose how much bonus you will receive?

What happens if you refuse to acknowledge your PR? Who gives a sh*ti if you are not getting a raise or bonus while performing?? So ridiculous.. Don’t waste your time and focus on not being an inept manager.
