All district managers are not staying and this is a fact! Just like the Regional Presidents the role will be consolidated. Based on the geography of the district the district will be removed and merged to the neighboring districts. The district managers that are impacted have to re-interview and compete with other impacted district managers. Districts that don’t have branches merging are safe for now. What’s screwed up about this is that you could be a tenured DM for over 30 years and loose your job while someone that may have been a DM for 2 months still get to keep their position if they are in the right geographical area. Charlie don’t give 2 fks about anybody.

Please stop spreading rumors and worry. District Managers are vital to the company moving forward. None are being displaced.
