So weird. They anticipated an overproduction of over 3 million barrels on the week, and instead there are 13 million. Last week, the same thing only it was 10 million. How come, and logistically HOW can this happen, with all of the rigs laying down?... — read more

Coward SLB. Unpaid leave as a sign to force resignation?
SLB is being a coward and stingy corporation this year. They are putting people on unpaid leave in order to force them to resign by themselves so SLB do not have to pay them a single cent. Just retrench them and give them the BSS package!

What did you learn at Schlumberger?
It'd be great if we can have this thread with dignity and stay polite.
Kibsgaard can go to he11
I dare anyone to try and defend him and his $22M. Lot of other names I could mention. But while we're at it - who else would like to vent and name a SLB moron who can go to he11?
Worst company I have ever worked for
When ever I head into work BIG BROTHER comes to mind! do this do that and so poorly run by Schlumberger robots working hard counts for nothing.
Does anyone know if SLB tracks the IP addresses from which you post these comments?
and if yes, would it be reasonable to suggest that they will lay you off w/o telling of the reason as now it is a good time to do it ?
Maybe if SLB did not spend money so frivolously....
Case in point - do you know any product group managers who fly all over the world and constantly take the whole entourage to the finest restaurants even amidst layoffs? At the end of the day, they probably did a favor to most they let go by freeing... — read more
