SLB is planning on shutting down all frac operations in the North East. The plan is to layoff all employees in the Horseheads office and move to Washington, PA. SLB cement operations will be moved to Williamsport,PA along with Open Hole Wireline. Expect at least 50% of all people to get let go in the coming months.

Bunch of bs. There is no district in Washington, Pa..which makes me wonder who the 'source' is.
How big is this stuff anyway? Are we talking a dozen of people or so? What locations?
