Raytheon Missile & Defense is shutting down operations in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on February 16, 2024. Employees are being encouraged to look into moving to Collins or Pratt or consider switching to another site in the United States.

Heard that Raytheon Mckinney will have reduction in force. In the second quarter of 2024. And again in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Announcement by raytheon president two days ago for all indirect jobs. I'm guessing all government charge number stuff is still ok.

Anyone have info on how/ when layoffs will affect these workers? These Temps are not contracted workers or self employed by definition, yet they receive no benefits, no PTO, no holiday pay. Any info helps please.

I can't even imagine how many people have been impacted so far. I wish we at least knew if the layoffs are over or if there is more to come...

Layoffs in Largo, many WFH positions but also some on-site employees affected as well. Larger impact said to be to RIS (Raytheon Intelligence and Space). Not clear what is most affected teams, looks like variety of decisions units made cuts.

I think all of them were adequate in their own ways. I wouldn't call any of them the "best", though. That's just my opinion however.
