Has anyone else noticed the veteran truck drivers have suddenly left. I don't know any of them who are delivering now.

Here we go again, another Friday coming up of Walmart deliveries and another hundred cases added to them, making everyone on my team, miserable, including me.

I won’t be showing up Christmas week. Seems like a good time to quit with no notice. Lmao. Can’t wait to watch them squirm.

Should know in less than 2 months what the April 1st moves will be. Hopefully a buyout for us long tenure peeps.

On Indeed they are already posting this job in some parts of the country. It's a hybrid position of the Rms/sales rep so seems like the rumors on here are true. My guess is 2 reps per team will be let go and the rms offered sales rep job?

RMS position- Gone Sales rep position - Gone Territory Manager Position - New Territory managers will make schedule and oversee the territories. They will still report to a DM.

Unfortunately Mondelez doesn't fire anyone. You can do nothing but as long as you shoe up sometimes you will never be fired lol

Because they aren’t what you seen on Monday/Tuesday, they’re bumped way up! Not surprising since product loading is the new way they do business. More complaints, more rejections!

Sales rep position definitely going away. Too many people will work for 17/hr. No way they will keep paying people 70k, company car, 6 wk vacations when they can pay people 17/hr, no car, 2 week vacation to do the same exact thing..

Anyone hear anything on the class action data breach lawsuit with mondelez

It's almost the norm in my area: 3-4 refusals a week. They keep forcing random products in. (I don't need an extra Oreo lemon!) I sell in an F/D feature, order what we need, and then they send 3X that 2 weeks later?? What gives here?

Why does it seem management protects the workers who do nothings and treats the obes who do everything like sh-t. My guess is just to push them even more but you're likely to push them to move on.. That's horrible management
