Reality

If you take the base salary you make in field sales, no bonus, and divide it by the hours you work, you’d make more flipping burgers and be treated better! Figure it out! The bonuses were great and with a little work they were easy to earn! We’ve pi---d off ever account with our poor service so incremental displays are a joke. Any connection to the customer is impossible with mission 1, way too much ground to cover!
Now ask yourself, is it worth it? No way!!! Same pay for less aggravation? No brainer!

Most people that “stand up” somehow end up fired. It’s a great plan for anyone that wants out and is willing to fight back. Unemployment and a settlement is nice….just saying!
If you think by saying something you will be successful in getting anything changed, hahahaha! These people are sc-m. The amount of nonsense that goes on is nuts.

We're only allowed up to 42 hours and that includes admin time, not sure if your in the us but we don't work for free maybe you need to stand up and say something we have a problem with hours, bonus yes a problem but with the car it's not end of the world (yet) lol

If you are hitting your bonuses I bet you are sleeping with your DM! Everything is so rigged it’s gross 🤮. My DM used to tell me, “if you do me a favor, I’ll adjust your objective”. Guess what, no thanks! There’s an algorithm used to do that! Everything they do is immoral.

The bonuses aren’t even worth ki-ling yourself over, especially after taxes…back in the day they were worth the extra work, not now.

Nobody hits bonuses on my team. We don't write most of the orders. Everyone under orders so they have less work to do.
