@42h Although dad is still how Mondelez is getting product to the stores, it’s not the same dsd we had 10 yrs ago! Everyone I know wish they left when the rumors started! They make the same or less they made 10 years ago, pathetic! I’m sure glad I left then, my income has gone up and up and up! The only thing that has gone up for those I know at Mondelez is..their workload, their stress level, their blood pressure, and their aggravation, all while their I come has gone down.

It's winding down. 1 chain after another . they are not layoffs. They are terminations.

This site has been saying DSD was going to end 10 years ago and we're all still here.
DSD is an powerful advantage!
DSD is a cash cow!
No layoffs

I don’t understand how we’re all not having mental breaks from this . Get this up at this Walmart, this up at that Walmart, at this store at this store, your dmi is off, why aren’t you opening your pitcher app at every store in your territory that spans a hundred mile radius, all while being short handed and having to merch stores yourself daily. Oh yeah, why didn’t you get on than conference call??! The DM says. Maybe cause I’m merching stores, and writing orders all day, the stuff that actually needs done, not pictures and opening a stupid sales app no store managers care about seeing.

And just to think that anytime legal action is brought against them they settle. While
I know companies do settle if they don’t wanna deal with anything and isn’t always a red flag but constantly settling isn’t a good sign that they operate in good faith. It means they keep fu--ing up but let’s see out of everyone who actually has money to hire a lawyer to bring a case against us who will it be. Very obvious sign of negligence.

Who’s cheerleader? Anyways whoever it is I don’t see how anything this company stands for is defendable. It’ll be nice if someone sued them for saying mission one was designed as a mission to become #1 in dsd when meanwhile numbers have been sinking ever since and if the highest numbers are in regions that couldn’t implement a mission one due to low population density that just comes to show that mission one is a failure and that they continue to do this even with sagging sales they are not at all serious about being in dsd much longer. The sinking numbers should be credibility to prove mission one isn’t working. I wish I could sue this company due to what mental health issues became of me during my time as FTOW but sadly I won’t have a case because the dum--ss I was at the time chose to continue working here all because I needed a paycheck. In late 2023 I looked into jobs that were competitive but if only I went to looking into something with a similar pay grade like in did in 2024 but in 2023 just to be out sooner things would’ve been better for me. But oh well we live we learn and if if it didn’t ki-l me it sure as he-l made me a tough a-s mo----------g cookie for sure.
