Everyone is talking about how BH needs to do something to fix the culture. I agree, culture is bad, but how do you expect it to be fixed? I think it is impossible to fix it anymore. Culture is irreversibly destroyed, my 2 cents.

There has been a max exodus of talent lately. Its been every function and business. When you see this many people jumping ship especially the senior people they know this place is sinking.

Could be karma, incompetence, experience possibly. Maybe it's time for a change at the top, a real CEO, that might be able to cover their salary in a quarterly profit. You've run out of people to cut and equipment to sell, what to do now??
