Granted this probably isn’t the right place to ask the question, but is anybody happy working for BH anymore? Is there anyone who loves their job? Enjoys working for this company?

I don't think it's ever enjoyable when there is this much uncertainty in one's future. I believe that the best way to cope with the "fear" or anxiety caused by working in a rather toxic or even hostile environment is to understand that is the nature of the business. I do find that it is silly when a senior leader tries to have everyone reminisce about the days when working for the company was fun and trying to bring that back. No group lunch, no bring your kiddies to work event, no feel good email will ever erase the damage that's been done to the company. The fractures to some of the groups are so severe that there isn't one chance for comeback.
Once upon a time, this was a company that that operated with true passion of the value it presented to it's customers. The technology was second to none and it was often considered a company that people never wanted to leave. Now it operates like any staffing job full of day laborers that wished they could find something better. The morale is down, motivation is down, and everyone has no clear picture of what to expect tomorrow. THAT is what happens when there is pizzpoor leadership at all levels of the organization.
For those of you wishing you were doing something different or looking for the way out, I suggest reskilling in something you have a passion in. Your experience will not go to waste, but you will feel like an id--t when they tell you to LEAVE one day and you knew it was coming and did nothing about it NOW.
