Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

BH Management

Hi all,

I overheard calls where PMs etc were afraid to report financial loses to management of projects.

How do we let management bully, be profoundly arrogant etc

I have even seen good people not get promoted because of these people.

Not so long a Nailsea manager responded on here, Neil Saunders... what is going on!!

We need to out them

Culture of fear is nothing new, it has existed at BKR for a long time. The general rule of thumb for survival here is your ability to make pretty power point (PPP) with a lot of Bull Shine (BS) reporting only good news!

Heaven help you, if you tell it like it is (reality) or report any bad news, you instantly become a pariah and pushed off this good ship lollypop🤐

Neil? Neil? Neil?
What the heck can Neil do. He had his chance to fire the plant managers and all their minions in 2012 thru 2015 for single digit OTD.
He had his chance to fire VPs that never delivered a quarterly commitment.
And he had his chance to promote the people who over delivered revenue time and time again.
Neils going to keep drinking his scotch by the fireplace until his golden parachute is delivered by Amazon!

What the f_ Neil surrounds himself with weak people, that’s what Neil can do.
