@OP Sounds like something the SEC would be interested in. It wouldn’t be the first time BH was subject to SEC enforcement action with regards to foreign bribery.
Nigeria isn’t a good place to do business in general. It’s corrupt and dangerous even by African standards.

A 2nd wooden crate containing brown envelopes also found in Port Harcourt offices.
I dropped that crate when moving out. I can describe it, it has wooden slats.
