I'm more worried about being stuck here for much longer as the company keeps going downhill. Layoffs are the better options at this point, that's how low we've fallen.

If you weren't aware more layoffs happened ironically on 2/14. From my understanding it was only contractors. I encourage everyone (contractors and FTEs) to brush up your resume and look for other employment opportunities.

Ally hasn’t mentioned anything about opting out of the DEI program. Do you think Ally will follow other companies in removing their DEI program? Ally is strongly focused on ERGs, so I would be surprised if they stopped supporting it.
