I can understand we are monitored on our work laptop but if we have our personal cell phone with Slack, Outlook, etc that is connect to our work Ally account, does Ally monitor that as well?

Yes. Badge swipes, logins, key strokes. They are watching. And they care much more about these things than work product.

Any, alert, search or basically anything that happens while your personal device is on our WIFI we know about. Anything you do on your work laptop we know about.
On your personal device there are laws that protect your data. These can be skerted around if you are being investigated. 99.9999999% of the time no.
This is exactly WHY i don't have that cr'ap installed on my personal phone... o_O
While your phone monitoring is sandboxed to the apps the company has you install, your work laptop is able to be monitored across the board.
