it all depends on your management. every group has it own set of issues.
I work in a department affected by layoffs. I don't think anyone is rushing to leave. And everyone on the team is really dedicated and awesome to work with. So no, not really.
Why would anyone WANT to leave ally? I get that the layoffs happened, but there’s no guarantee other companies won’t lay off newer workers.
And when all is said and done, the culture at Ally is better than you’ll find at like 95 percent of jobs across the entire country.
Yep! I am studying leetcode so I can land another job with much better pay. I am currently being underpaid.
Even though the layoffs do su-k, working at Ally is still a great job
