I'm a hiring manager that oversees the distribution of yearly bonuses for my team. The Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) is determined based on several factors, including individual performance, team performance, and overall company performance.

This year, AIP is still funded for employees who are eligible. However, it's not funded fully given company performance, meaning the payout may be around 85% or may be around 95% of what you typically receive. It'll likely be similar to last year, which also was not fully funded. The exact percentage could vary depending on individual teams and performance of individual employees however. That being said, I can confirm that the majority of the company will receive some sort of bonus this year.

Bonuses? Of course there are bonuses for executives. The rest of us is to just deliver and get more work.

Absolutely not true. Most groups will be getting bonuses although extremely reduced. People receiving a 3 will be getting around 80% of their normal target depending on their org’s bonus pool. Also no raises, so I hope you weren’t counting on the 2% bump lol.

Yes I heard this also. Sounds like it will be VERY VERY limited.
I would love to see what the C suite got...
