They are holding us hostage with information about our jobs. We have families! I encourage you all to start finding jobs now. We are not safe. Even if you stay. You’re not safe next year and the years after that.

Almost all LDU countrywide to be assessed.
About 70% being retained through results of assessment and performance. BTE both 2018 and 2019 with over 3 years tenure don't have to be assessed and automatically start filling that 70% prior to assessment results.

The benefits are already lousy, but then the discount on the product that we provide is garbage. 1% off insurance? Seems very few Allstate employees actually have Allstate for insurance, quite a reflection on the company.

Strategic plan announced. All offices that are not the four main offices for claims will be shut down. This will allow reduction in overhead costs.
