I hate to say this but I am already doing the work of other people most of my day. I am in LDU and most of the day I am answering calls from people who 0 out because they can't get a coworker on the phone and I am most of the claim for a coworker. I have coworkers who will have a assigned to the and it takes them a week to do an initial review (except for weekend claims we are expected to get into claims in 24 hours). The way I see it is if I stay, I am already doing someone else's job in addition to my own, now I will get credit for it.
