Trying to function on two hours of sleep

That's all I managed last night. This is horribly stressful and it can't be good for either our mental or physical health. At least we can take comfort in knowing it will be done by the end of this week. I'm not optimistic enough to believe it will... — read more

Lack of leadership

If you want a textbook example of what a lack of leadership looks like, Truist is it. We are doomed unless there are major changes at the top.

When will banks stop laying people off?

This is making me so nervous. Every day I read about more layoffs in the banking sector. Knowing how insecure our jobs are at Truist, and knowing that finding a new job will be much harder than usual due to so many cuts all over the place is not... — read more
