Was anybody actually hired?

After I was laid off I tried to apply for other open positions that were available, as I was told I was free to do. Every single time I was completely ignored. No response, no interview, nothing. This makes me wonder if we really are welcome to apply... — read more

Stagnation is not good

Guys - I’ve been working almost 40 years and worked at numerous companies. The more I moved, the more I’ve learned, the more I’ve been paid. Group I was with most people had been their 1st or 2nd job in 20+ years. Stagnation is not good - why you... — read more

What's keeping you at TR?

I'm interested to know what's keeping the people who are unsatisfied with their jobs at TR? I'll start. The only reason I'm still here is the fact I'm yet to find a new job that would pay if not the same, then at least close to what I'm making now... — read more

Dysfunction

Products that used to be owned by a single reporting line are now owned by a half dozen, all with different and sometimes contradictory OKRs. I'm really tired of this BS.

Value added by my manager - I don't see it

How would you rate your managers, according to how much value they add? In my case, all he has achieved is to encourage me and a few other people to leave TR as soon as possible.

Have seen top executives (VP's) leaving TR Carrollton office. Now all new technology positions are opened mainly in Canada and few in MN. Is the Carrollton office next in line to shut-down?

Does TR have any solution for the loss of experts?
