Thread regarding Thomson Reuters layoffs

How is this normal?

I'm getting so tired of this place and constantly having to navigate all the politics, toxicity and back-stabbing. I have a feeling that anything would be better for my blood pressure than this, even flipping burgers for minimum wage. Is it really normal for an employee of a big and well-known company to feel this way?

It happens at all companies to some degree. However TR for far too many years has just felt like it's a teenager struggling through perpetual puberty and now it's like the brain just discovered the opposite s-x.
