So my so call vine trainer came in walked my departments told me everything looks good and then on the recap through me under the bus like no other saying my departments look like trash.

You have so many managers sleeping with associates its ridiculous 🙄 😒 and nothing is being done about it right now a cashier at my club is pregnant with a co managers baby and every body knows about it smh.

When you have retention issues, it’s very clear there is a leadership issue.

So apparently Walmart is well staffed and we will only need to hire “seasonal” help. I call bullsh-t. It only means that they will continue to overload the understaffed workers that still exist. Wtf Walmart, how stupid do you think people are?
