I too am frustrated with the way this company is managed. However, what can we change? Is there a fertile ground for our complaints? Not really. It is not worth worrying too much about things that are not possible to control. What can be changed, however, is the job.

Or wait til the AES followed by the grassroots meetings if they still have them. BIG changes always come out of those because they listen with deep concern and keep a detailed list of all concerns.
Changes are coming. Hold on. YBM in March will reveal this years changes. As always.
