So why aren’t we getting our 10% off fresh items for the holiday?. I have bought multiple items on multiple occasions and nothing. I’ve used scan and go and even the register and nothing. I have brought this to the attention or multiple managers in my club and no one has done a thing! Why would this great company promise a discount and not deliver. I love this company and when they broke the news about the discount I loved it more, so I am really disappointed that I haven’t got the discount. Maybe it’s a glitch, I know Sams and Walmart wouldn’t sc--w me or us over. They appreciate all we do and I’m thankful to work for this great company, but wish they would deliver on their promises.

I have been getting the discount on several items.
Reach out to your Human Resources Regional person.
Not saying there might not be a problem, but there are specific categories or in the case of prepared foods subcategories that are exempt from the discount. Specifically gallons of milk and cafe subcats.
