Lead assessment

How many people have taken a lead assessment? Is it rated red, yellow, green? Do you automatically fail if you dont complete it in one sitting?

As the lead I was asked to help someone take the assessment. When the door was closed I let him take it even though he asked me questions I said read it thoroughly all I got to tell you. He failed.

Former associate just visiting the page to see if the same BS is happening…
In my former club, certain people were encouraged to take the leadership test and if needed they were helped with it. Usually these people were favorites that probably shouldn’t have had a job in the first place.

I took it and passed it and I am 57 and nobody helped me. Just saying and I was a lead. But I will throw this is there being a lead sucks bad you truly don't want it. Its alot harder that people think it is. I was there 8 yrs I left 2 mo ago. It's very hard jib.

Management gave everyone the answers because no one could pass it. It’s just a bunch of corporate made up BS.

The assessment is a pass or fail.

So unless you are a bot or you got the message to retake the assessment you are eligible for a lead position.
