Did Sam's club do away with those? What about Sam's share, still getting that?

They did away with a lot of those incentives when I was still there. Only way to get recognized is to be a favorite and have your head so far up managements back ends that you can see using their eyes. Another benefit of that is getting to do nothing your entire shift.

We still have all these things at my club. And the reason no 2% last year is because the raises were more than the 2%. We will see this year...Should give 2% now that there is no increase in pay.
What happened to raises? Oh yeah. 2% Enough to buy one more gallon of gasoline per paycheck.
