Was the writing on the wall for a while?

In all honesty, I’m surprised with the number of people that took this situation with so much sock ad surprise. I had a feeling for some time that something was gonna go down. Maybe I didn’t know when and in what form, but definitely there were a lot... — read more

I'm happy with how this was done

Am I the only one? I think Nestle is being fair to us. We get retention, we get severance, and we get time to decide what to do next. I've been here for nine years, and I am going to leave with no hard feelings. I wish more people felt like this, for... — read more

Unfairness of it all

Does anybody else feel like they're being blackmailed with severance and there's nothing we can do about it? Makes me so mad and sad that they can do that to us. I know severance is not a legal right, but if it's provided, then it shouldn't be used... — read more
