How is isp going to work if someone performs critical operational tasks and then suddenly has to leave immediately ? If they have all the knowledge and there is no handover process surely there would be chaos???

Can first or second-level managers overturn ISP if they choose? BK mentioned in the BUM that managers will have a say if the employee has "critical" skills - whatever that means. Or is it more like the managers have no power on the decision... — read more
