@jmq remember that to some people "racist" simply means "he disagrees with me on some random topic". Ironically, they're the ones watering down words like "racist" and "rape", which used to stand for horrible things. Now they're just insults you throw around when you don't get your way.
My manager too. Sat there like a toad today and has been avoiding me since last Tuesday. He couldn't even look me in the eye today in the 1:1 room. I wonder if he will be able to sleep tonight or any night hereafter.
how do you call a manager "H1B manager" ..just by appearance?
Managers are busy laying people off. They are probably booked solid all day, in sh--ty exit meetings, ruining people's careers.
It's not racist for citizens to be upset that Intel and other corps lowers their workers wages by increasing the supply of available workers

Same here. Basically asked how things were going every day and then 99.9% avoidance since last week.
my h1b manager basically told me to meet with HR and that is was out of his hand.. He did not even had the courtesy or professionalism of accompanying me to the "crematorium" after he was the one that have me the SL4's but promoted a new h1b employee with only 1 quarter of work on 2015..
I signed all my papers this morning and they basically walked me out after collecting the intel assets on the same room.. I was stress out since yesterday but in all honesty I feel now that I just dump a 900lb gorilla about of my back.. thx u intel...
