Slow as always, some orgs are doing a "phased approach" to reducing cost, cutting some easier projects now, but revisiting later for more rounds of culling.

It will be the most important skill going forward... Also, if you are over 35 or don't have at least a masters degree you will lose points even before the test begins. If you are over 60 you will be retiring soon.

I heard BUs are given their remaining 2022 and 2023 budget. Spending cannot go higher than that. Teams decide what percentage to adjust or have no layoffs. It all depends on your team and project you are working.
