I have had enough of the double talk and B$ from the execs in CPM with no clear answers/timelines. How can I volunteer and get the h*ll outa here.

Intel sucks, it is too heavy specially Legal, HR, Marketing & Sales etc. too many kiss ups.

If you want to leave start looking for another job NOW, don't wait for severance/VSP. Despite claims of a strong job market, the fact is that it's getting pretty sparse out there unless you don't mind slinging packages for UPS, Fedex, or Amazon.
Layoffs across the tech sector means more competition for fewer living wage jobs. Also, it will likely have a ripple effect across other industries resulting in even more layoffs.
The fed just raised the prime interest rate another .75 points, it's insanely expensive to borrow money right now. Expect more layoffs in the finance industry and housing markets plus more ripple effect.
The US is in a very contentious election cycle, with election day around the corner the country could experience unrest and violence like it's never seen before. Combine that with all the war-mongering around the world and it's likely that the next year is going to be extremely rough.
The stock market is in the gutter, oil prices are up (especially heating oil), and home prices are down. Not a good time to sell investments.
It's a terrible time to be without an income and looking for a job right now.
The only thing stopping you from just leaving is your own greed.
