WFH and remote under Saul

My manager today accidentally leaked a document that discussed location strategy in detail.

#This is for employees under Saul only. I cannot speak for the rest of the company.

  1. If you are a full time telecommuter, and do not have an office space, you are safe.
  2. If you are in one of the 25 target markets and WFH, you are safe.
  3. If you are not in one of the 25 target markets, and have a desk, you will be relocated at the end of March (notifications to go out on 3.22), after bonus time. The options are to take 3-6 months severance, or relocate by October 1st.

Juniper engineering in Sunnyvale is a complete basket case.

#Racial and ethnic discrimination and cleansing, mainly by the Indians and against all others, including fellow Indians of different cast, culture, ethnicity, language.

#Cheap, but low quality, labor flowing with zero standards from India's lower four states has made a mockery of all professional standards and openly engage in unprofessional and illegal activities,. English is not even a language used in office here.

#This cheap and incompetent mass always prevails over the good ones and they eventually leave.

#There is systematic discrimination from almost every manager of every race. Interviews are a sham and candidates prejudged on racial and factors as above. No need to apply for anyone outside of the preferred ethnicity and racial profile, the candidates are either filtered out at a very early stage or brought for an interview just to satisfy diversity charades.

#Your race and face will get you a very long way at Juniper Sunnyvale. But if you don't belong to the preferred profile, be prepared to get mocked, discriminated, abused, PIPed, and pushed/thrown out.

#H1 and L1 (bottom feeders) is mostly a privilege here accorded to those in either the select bands of racial and cultural , or ones who are friends and family of the ruling class elites in engineering.

#Favors of all nature, legal and illegal are quite prevalent. Almost all L1 and H1s have had to give some to someone to be here and get sponsored.

#To survive, steer away from managers and bosses in anyway connected to above methods, or fitting the above profile. Unless you are one of their types, in that case you are in the right place.

I would like to share an amazing story came from my friend who was layoff on Sep 2018.

His new senior 1st line manager treated this senior friend very nice with below authority and political procedures:

Firstly, His new senior 1st line manager asked this friend to move his seat to fan acoustics noise area after reorganization in a few weeks.

Secondly, assigned legacy projects to him.

#This new senior 1st line manager asked his trusted engineers to utilize this senior friend's skill try to dishonor him.

Every smart guy should know what this amazing senior 1st line manager was doing?

Finally, This friend wrote an email to HR and asked to lay off him immediately according to Labor Standard Laws.
