Pre-tax income rose 133% year over year and 64% quarter over quarter, with the PC business up 40% and 13%, respectively and margin expanding by 110bp. Especially before RA happening. The misleading management is not transparent; older employees are not valued or properly utilized. Most of young staff complains tasks were assigned to no connected staffs to give you the hints there will be no your career anymore. Project management staffs without connection will be utilized for no valued projects. PM usually transfer the most of engineering tasks to engineers and NRE outsourcing. The most of sufferers will be no connection engineering staff, especially professional tasks without leadership managers. The professional staff will be not valued anymore.
