The head of HR makes just shy of 5 million dollars a year and they can't compose a simple email to tell us that there are no pay increases for the people who actually serve the clients.
It's a disgrace !
We don't want to be hiring new people , we want to be trained in the new offerings and given time to take the classes during working hours (dedicated time).
Hiring new and getting rid of existing doesn't make for a loyal employee!

It is a spin off of HP an exists solely for the purpose of giving Big Sal the CEO and his hand picked cronies enormous salaries and benefits. Otherwise it is a #$%$ outsourcing company with no direction, no growth and no leadership. Motto should be, #$%$ the employees?

Did you see the SEC filings this week . even the steak cutter 2 sold 6816 free shares or $228,608.04 and has 202,500 left or $6,791,850.00 left. Plus her 5 million in salary.
Fu-k the excutive managment for not for going bouns, stock options and some pay so the people who do the real work get a pay increase to try to match or beat inflation !
DXC is cutting people left and right, for so called cost cutting and Mike Lawrie gets 5 million dollars of DXC stock at no cost. WTF? I hope DXC stock goes farther into the toilet, because its a sh*t hole company anyway.
Performance review process is a joke, why put in goals because if you meet or exceed you don't get a raise, bonus.
