No word from Human Resources

The head of HR makes just shy of 5 million dollars a year and they can't compose a simple email to tell us that there are no pay increases for the people who actually serve the clients.

It's a disgrace !

EOY 1%? Think again
We estimated it to cost about $150M overall and leads to nothing except P'd off "resources" so cancelling that gives more like 30% of the reductions

She is just incompetent.

What has she achieved?

Would be better if they axed that role as saving and just git one if the juniors to send out the emails once in a while and maybe a face on the town hall for 5 minutes.

She can be a quick 1% saving on the 500million of savings required, and her successor would be a major improvement
