Get the vaccine, else, disciplinary action! Anyone else see this as a delay method? This mandate will likely get squashed in court, so Xerox is just trying to bump Sleepy Joe's vaccine numbers before that happens.

Covid just accelerated it

They are cutting, cutting, and more cutting to stay afloat until they're able to sell the company. The business is dying, and Covid just accelerated it. Renewals and installs are dropping fast, and there's not enough time to get these other services... — read more

Why is it so hard to put up with a little criticism?

Xerox should, instead of being preoccupied with how to deny and convince otherwise, think a little more about the criticism coming from their employees. There is not much benefit from the constant denial of reality. After all, the current situation... — read more

xerox has nothing that I need …Period

I need nothing from this place. They have used all the employees like tools, and lied to us repeatedly. People keep giving this company and the people that run it the benefit of the doubt. When they truly don’t know how this company works or what... — read more

Supplies manufacturing and shipping

*It's an absolute DISASTER. If a supply item isn't on backorder (rare), it still doesn't even ship out for 5 to 10 days after the order is placed because they can't find enough workers to pick/pack/ ship. And there are trailers filled with supplies... — read more

Time for motivation

Aren’t we overdue for a Johnny V. Motivational letter or email? One team. Unless you don’t comply. One boat. Unless your not on the list. One vision. Unless you look the other way. One team. Unless you don’t take the shot and you cost more than an... — read more

Turnaround strategy

Do we even have one? The only thing I see this management doing is laying more people off. That's it. I understand that cuts costs, but everybody knows it's not a long-term solution. You can only cut so many people before there's nobody left to cut... — read more

New Round of layoffs

Just got the notice that more layoffs will be announced in two weeks. Looks like they are ant to reduce head count and counter it with mandatory overtime.

Feeling miserable

It’s my fault that I didn’t go from here when I had a better chance of finding a new opportunity. Now it’s a lot harder because there aren’t a lot of companies that are thrilled with Xerox’s longtime employees. That is my opinion. The general feeling... — read more

Don't expect to stay here long

New hires shouldn't get too comfortable. Lately, most new employees come with an expiration date. Xerox hires a bunch of people to inflate the numbers and then has another round of layoffs to appease the shareholders. Rinse and repeat. New employees... — read more

It's always easy to judge afterwards, however, the deal proposed by Jacobson to merge Fujifilm and Xerox in 2018, was certainly the most clever idea for this company and his future. We all know what happened, with Icahn's putsch, well supported by... — read more

Q3 Earnings Summary Employment: 23,600

The employment numbers are of interest. In spite of job postings, implying hiring, there is still a net loss each quarter of employees. At the end of Q121 the number was 24,600. Lots of reasons, I'm sure, including requiring people to show up at... — read more
