Any updates on this? Or was the OP just stirring the pot?
May be only a rumor today but unfortunately inside Xerox they have an insidious way of becoming fact much to the detriment of the workforce .
I also heard a passing rumor out of CT HQ stating the same. Positions that have not been subject to outsourcing up to now will be moved to HCL, including positions previously thought to be safe. Don't know if it would be immediate or if there would be a transition period like there was with many XBS cores (train your replacement). Have only heard it from one source though.
No one seems to be able to provide any backup to the rumor, so may just be a troll or a competitor stirring the pot.
I've heard this rumor too, from someone who could be in a position to know. Does anyone have any firm knowledge of more outsourcing that's coming?
The goal of Xerox is to suck off as much milk from the dying cow before it dies. Right now the cow is on life support.
