Of course, no one will probably ever tell him that, but his role is beyond his capacity. I am talking about my manager.
He is probably aware of that himself, and so he tries to compensate for the lack of competencies in another way - by continuous undervaluing of individuals who have a respectable skillset and knowledge. It has become apparent that he cultivates a special animosity towards the best employees. And how to fight against a manager like this? People just leave.

Finance IS awesome. Xerox finance is a toxic cesspool. All the managers left here are total, self-centered a-holes who don't look it for anybody but themselves. Every. Last. One.

Dear Diary- Today my manager yelled at me and hurt my feelings. My next step is to write a useless post on a layoff website that he will never see, but that makes me feel good. Now thinking about it, i should have put this on Facebook.
