Last month I had 4 service reps ask me about coming over to join me at a Dealer, they've seen the writing on the wall. Another rep (in another city) spoke with a former Xeroid I know and asked if he had heard about "The Great Exodus".
I know the Pension thing is worrying the old timers with Pensions, and Xerox is certainly making it attractive by threatening to turn their Pension into an annuity to make them want to jump ship now.
Is this it? Is this "The Great Exodus"?
