Is severance paid out weekly or can you lump sum payout?
A post below claims surprise there is a lack of legal action being reported (by employees) against WFC.
A few of the comments suggest that a lack of legal action is somehow proof that Wells Fargo must not be a toxic work environment. This is a poorly veiled attempt to discredit/minimize employees’ legitimate complaints regarding Charlie’s consistent... — read more

Banking Fees

RTO reports
I know these vary by business group, but are they six-week or eight-week rolling averages? I am leaving the company after bonus, so I am trying to figure out when it’s safe for me to stop going in.
Surprised by a lack of legal action being reported against WFC
I am surprised that with all the toxicity being reported the Bank isn’t being sued more for violating labor laws. Is the Bank management just careful or are employees simply not pushing back, or a combination of both? I see a couple of cases, but not... — read more

Has anyone lost out on severance by some technicality? I’ll be expecting mine in a couple weeks & I am stressed that WF will somehow not pay me.
