Voluntary buy outs

Coca Cola recently offered employees voluntary buyouts. I wish Wells would do this instead of layoffs. It accomplishes the same goal of reducing expenses but without the huge negative impact to morale.

Unethical professional behavior

When Wells Fargo identifies unethical behavior they sweep it under the rug as professional misrepresenting and allow the behavior to continue. This behavior impacted my continued employment for reporting it.
