How far in advance are you told the date and who you must lay off? Who assigns the duty you? Your manager? HR? Do you get assigned some training? Are you given a script? When do you set the meeting for and how far in advance? Etc.?

Assuming the ask to update contact info and gave managers validate locations is a sign that location strategy is coming to ECR sometime in the near future

In case of a displacement, can you choose to rollover the cash balance lumpsum amount (shown in the cash balance 'model my retirement' page') to an IRA?

If displaced, I see you get paid any PTO due to you. But what if you went over your PTO and say, used all the PTO for the year before your displacement, so you were negative 4 weeks when displaced?
