Wells Fargo raising divergent and Stock Buy backs

Looks like WFC is raising the dividend to .40 cents per share and more stock buy backs beginning in July(3rd quarter). Most likely stock is going to hit $65 then $70 after the election. Huge win for Chucky and his exec stooges.

Where is everyone finding remote jobs in technology? The job market is tough. I live in the middle of nowhere. I was let go after 15 years at WF. I was a lead BSC in technology, hired as remote and let go because of it.

Severance; Full Year or Pro-Rated

Must you complete the full year for the severance accrual for that year, or, if laid off mid-year would you get pro-rated days for that year?

Wells Fargo Layoffs

Lots of people displaced on 6/24 in under Corporate Risk Everyone that was working 100% remote. Not given the option of returning to an office and there was no request to return to the office

Quality of the headcount is sinking here

Is it me or does every yr bring worse and worse headcount. Next to no skills, no banking exp, and no work effort. Worse there's zero creatime talent here for big breakthroughs, it's like a bunch of washed up golden oldies and people offshore.

center of excellence

Question for people here..If you're moved into a so called "center of excellence" is that where you go to die? I was put into one of these. I have other job opportunities outside, but would lose my package.

Barnhart center

I recently spoke with some of the cleaning crew at the Barnhart center and they told me that they were informed by their boss that Barnhart will be closed in November and would be the end of the current contract with that building.
