at 1% about 3000 people would be laid off from TCS, that's painful. Now, there are rumors about 10 to 15 percent reduction, that would be devastating

I heard that our US offices might be reducing staff this year - is this a rumor? I thought that TCS is doing pretty well, so maybe only some industries and types of work are affected by this round of layoffs.
