TCS is full of cash, and we are currently on the rise, but we are still significantly under-payed. Someone should explain to the upper management the meaning of the word "bonus" as well as that the good work environment is not the only motivation.

Currently, TCS stands for Trainee Consultant Services. There are no senior stuff anymore, at least not at my site, just freshmen.

I think the outsourcing side will continue to grow, we might have issues on the consulting side if the economy slows down. Let's see what happen.s

I heard that our US offices might be reducing staff this year - is this a rumor? I thought that TCS is doing pretty well, so maybe only some industries and types of work are affected by this round of layoffs.
