TCS BPS has worst work culture if you are not from call center background.Managements treat employees like slaves & always gave fake commitment & plays mind game with the employees.Once you got promoted you will be moved to bench because there is no opportunity for band 3 and higher level and cost reduction.Engineers are highed for bpo non technical jobs and the recruiters gave wrong information about the nature of work on the job profile.

I disagree with you 1000% - we have the most amazing management and there is no fake commitment. I really do not know what you mean by 'playing mind games' - please expand on this - whatever that means. It's sad that you think this way - I can assure you that we have a gr8 mgmt line up on both executive and mid mgmt level and that every single individual at TCS BPS will do anything possible to make our clients and employees be successful and prosperous.
