Q2 Results: While shareholders have been rewarded with 6 times the face value per share, the employees ( only for mid seniors and above) variable pay has been cut by half or more.
Also, mgmnt seems to have run out of ideas and only struggling to execute the same age old levers to improve bottom line- On off ratio,Sr- Jr ratio which clearly is impacting top line as evident in this quarter results
No thought leadership in how to leverage the vast experience of the seniors eg: in the consulting space, design & disruptive thinking.
Mid level seniors are soft targets for the management team who need to protect their own seats and the sycophants around them.
Support Groups- HR,RMG etc are ineffective and very administrative/clerical in nature. Initiatives are driven mechanically with the same approach
