TCS is full of cash, and we are currently on the rise, but we are still significantly under-payed. Someone should explain to the upper management the meaning of the word "bonus" as well as that the good work environment is not the only motivation.

That's what I do not get - we make all this money and we are underpaid - where does the money go???
