Field personnel have a 2 hour meeting on Wednesday to go over the over the offer process? Thought offers were supposed to be out last week 😂. What most don’t know is a huge pay cut is coming along with layoffs within 6 months to a year.

Like I said it’s not closing anytime soon, this is the deal they will fight. This information was addressed in a meeting on Thursday.

Deal is not closing anytime soon if at all. The Biden appointment (FTC) board that has a 3-2 majority is going the distance on stopping this deal.

Prepare for termination with cause and zero severance. Pioneer really took care of us on this one.
