The second half of the 250% biannual bonus is due to be paid in a couple of weeks and everyone’s favorite event, re-org is about to hit. Just wondering how many field personnel were hanging on until they get paid.

If I'm a field employee I stay with Exxon because of that 15-year pension. Field labor is rough on the body and being able to retire at 15 years and 55 age might save the little bit of comfort you have in a few joints.
They aren't going anywhere. They have been printing free money and haven't had to work in years. They wouldn't be able to last in another company. This place is full of people that literally do nothing every day and they have created hold departments and positions just to give people promotions and tech jobs. I don't see Exxon keeping half of the field cr-p iPioneer has
